Fluidtech Boilers Pvt. Ltd. is mainly concerned in manufacturing Steam Boilers, Heat Exchangers , Incinerators and Unfired Pressure Vessels ( Gas Storage and Mobile tanks)
according to Indian Boiler Regulation ( IBR ) / ISO / BS / ASME Standards and also conduct the job under individual or the third party inspection like IBR authority. Chief Controller of Explosive (CCE), SGS India Ltd., Bex Council, Project Development India Ltd., Lloyds India Ltd etc."  The Company is manufacturing in wide range from capacity 800 Kg/Hr. to 10,000 Kg/Hr. in Pressure range from  7 Kg/Cm2  to 27 Kg/Cm2 . It is fully Designed by Computer aided Design. It is used in all process industries like, Textile, Rubber, Oil, Refineries, Dyes & Intermediates, and Food Industries.

FBC type IBR Steam Boiler

  Fluidtech FBC Boilers have the unique design of Four pass ( without Air Pre-heater) among all the FBC Boiler manufacturer. Fluidtech FBC boilers have the maximum inbed heat transfer area, Water wall heattransfer area and Heat exchanger(Boiler shell) heat transfer area. This design is optimized for Low and High calory pulverise fuel or husk fired system with fully automatic PLC based control panel. Membrane / Water Wall Type IBR Steam Boiler

  Fluidtech Membrane / Water wall type IBR Steam Boiler has also unique design of four pass. This design is optimized for Low and High calory fuel. This is a better option for Coal/Lignite / Baggase/Husk fired system . It is available with fully automatic/semiautic /manual firing sytem. Package Type IBR Steam Boiler

Ibr Steam Boiler The Package type Horizontal IBR Steam Boiler is an ideal selection for steam requirement up to 6 TPH Coal/Lignit fired syteam or 10 TPH Oil fired System . The standard unit is designed for 10.54 Kg / cm2  working pressure where as higher ( up to 17 Kg / cm2 ) pressure can be arranged to suit individual requirement. Oil Fired Thermic Fluid Heater

This System is comprises of fully automatic 3 pass, package type oil fired heater in which the thermic fluid can be heated 300oC at nearer atmospheric pressure. The hot thermic fluid is circulated in closed cycle by high temp centrifugal pump and the heat is dissipated to the process through heat exchangers in the user equipment circuit. A fully automatic multi pass counter current Hot Air Generator consist of stainless steel shell type integral combustion chamber accommodated in multi M.S. shell. It is designed for 250 Deg. C hot air output temperature with maximum fuel efficiency.
